he has a passion for coaching executives and professionals to
transform their corporate leadership skills and abilities into
leadership possibilities in retirement renewal. This can take
many forms, including mentorship for new and up-and-coming leaders
in the professions and business community, volunteer governance
in the not-for-profit sector, local or global community activism
for social justice, personal mastery through lifelong learning,
and intentional leadership in a faith community or neighborhood.
Retirement
used to be thought of as the ending of something, but that's
changed, and it is now thought of as a new beginning.
The retirement transition is actually the beginning of a new
career/life stage called Renewal. Christopher refers to this
stage as Retirement Renewal and firmly believes that it is
a period that requires careful and considerate planning.
Christopher believes that the options and opportunities for
living the legacy of leadership in retirement renewal are many
and varied.
Through a partnership with him as your coach, you are invited
to explore the various options of turning your professional
leadership effectiveness into leadership possibilities in your
community
of choice.
